We’ve had an Aeroex ROX-400 installed on one of our machines for about 3 years now. It has worked flawlessly in that time. Last week we needed to replace a filter so I emailed Aeroex. Their customer service was outstanding. We got a quote for a filter in a few hours and they had the replacement filter shipped out almost immediately after I placed the order.
