Excellence in Micro-Lubrication Air-Oil
The principle consists of applying lubricants in very small quantities for machining and lubrication applications.
The secret lies in the unique mixing of air and oil at the nozzle, "vector air technology" that generates micro size droplets without oil fog.

Spray Nozzles:
The final and most important element of the system. At the tip, the oil droplet is taken by the vector air cone to create the spray. Solutions can be developed depending upon requirements and applications. Jets with narrow or wide cones, elliptical shape, special profiles for saw blades, etc.
Lubricants:
Technolub has developed with a leading lubrication company a number of lubricants that offers superior microlubication performance.
Systems can be used with any oil.
